Psychology is the study of human behavior and emotion. It covers a broad range of topics—cognition, motivation, personality development, social influences, memory, communication and mental health disorders, just to name a few. Psychology also acknowledges the role of biology in human behavior and adheres to the scientific method in seeking knowledge.The Bachelor of Arts in Psychology program provides students with a comprehensive understanding of human behavior, mental processes, and the factors that influence them. The curriculum includes foundational courses in psychological theories, research methods, developmental psychology, abnormal psychology, and social psychology, along with opportunities for specialization in areas such as cognitive psychology, clinical psychology, or counseling.
