You’ll study the core principles of building surveying including construction technologies, building mycology, associated defects, and sustainability.You’ll also develop the fundamental skills you’ll need to conduct structural surveys, the ability to identify and address issues in refurbishment projects and the restoration of historic and non-historic buildings.We’ll help you to develop knowledge to advise clients about the design, construction, maintenance and repair of buildings, while considering the latest developments in the industry.
