The MSc Health and Community Care students will be equipped with the expertise to contribute more effectively to the delivery of health and community care. They'll increase their knowledge of new developments in the field, gain finely tuned time management and prioritization skills and hone their understanding of the complex issues at the forefront of their specialist area. This Master's course incorporates a variety of modules to meet the needs of a wide range of healthcare environments. Emphasis is placed on self-directed and lifelong learning, and students will be given one-to-one support to plan and organize a personalized programme of study. Students will have the opportunity to consider their area of practice in significant depth and further develop their critical analysis and reasoning skills. The MSc Health and Community Care course is highly focused on improving students' career prospects. On completion of the course, graduates could work as a healthcare practitioner, community development worker or advance their career in their present role.
