Do you have a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, pharmacy or a similar subject? Would you like to work at the interface between chemistry and engineering and have an affinity for technology and process optimization? Then the English-taught master’s in Biochemical Engineering (M.Eng.) is the right course for you. The master’s in Biochemical Engineering (M.Eng.) equips you with the necessary know-how in core areas such as chemical and biochemical engineering as well as mechanical process engineering and reaction kinetics. You will carry out independent scientific projects and also learn to apply engineering practices. Furthermore, you will learn to apply GMP and regulatory standards relevant to (bio)chemical processes and implement your practical expertise in analytical methods of biochemical process engineering. You will acquire advanced methodological knowledge of engineering practices in an industrial context.
