From startups to unicorns to multinationals, successful businesses never start with a good idea on its own. Students will need a solid business plan, a collaborative team, and funding. Entrepreneurs rarely succeed from their first idea. It’s more common to have multiple failures with different ideas, teams, collaborators, and target markets before they succeed. The only way to learn is by trying, failing, and trying again. Through the completion of this program, students will gain valuable professional skills such as: budgeting, breakeven analysis, fundraising and entrepreneurial finance, managing shareholder conflict, new product development, and more.
