Develop your skills using specialist dietary software, cooking and producing menus for our recreational and performance athletes across campus. You’ll be supported throughout by research-active staff who are experts in their field. You’ll be encouraged to develop your practical skills, but also to think critically about existing theories and practices, as well as carrying out your own research to help shape the future of the industry. You could also boost your CV with industry qualifications and work placements opportunities, alongside our sports academy teams or externally.
