Students will gain a solid grounding in management principles, together with a broad set of business skills. Building upon this foundation, they will develop specialist knowledge in a chosen pathway. The Leadership & Change pathway will teach students how to use creative management strategies to overcome challenges in the global business arena. Students have the option to undertake an independent placement or enterprise project to gain industry experience. Alternatively, they can study abroad for a term at one of Regent’s international partners to broaden understanding of business management in a global context. A global perspective is a core aspect. Learning about other cultures and interacting with students from all over the world will prepare students to work in the global business arena. This degree aims to develop students into innovative managers who are able to successfully lead teams through organisational changes and challenges.
