UTSA’s Psychology degree cultivates a strong scientific understanding of behavior and mental processes. You’ll learn how to apply scientific principles to a broad range of topics like memory, sensation, motivation, emotion, personality, abnormal behavior and more. This degree program will prepare you for a number of government and private careers in the fields of social work, human resources, and organizational management. You’ll also be able to enroll in graduate school and pursue becoming a licensed psychologist where you’ll have the opportunity to work in schools, hospitals, mental health organizations, nonprofit agencies and more.
