Madonna University’s Master of Science (MS) in Nutrition and Dietetics provides a pathway for students to become Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) working in clinical, community, athletic and corporate settings with diverse groups of clients.Courses focus on essential topics, such as food behaviors, sustainability, nutrition assessment, medical nutrition therapy, metabolic nutrition, and research. These courses aim to advance knowledge in the leading theories in the nutrition field, ensuring students as experienced practitioners.Students examine current food trends and consumer motivations, as well as controversial food issues presented by expert faculty. These issues spur debate that in turn drives master’s students to develop innovative solutions to diet-related issues and alternative methods of educating clients.
