Whether the student's college graduation goal is to enter the workforce or pursue an advanced degree, University of Findlay's chemistry degree will provide an excellent foundation. Undergraduate research is required as a part of the degree. Findlay's graduates are prepared to enter the professional field or graduate school. They can complete their research on campus or through internships. Companies students have had internships with: National Laboratory for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Explosives Formulation Team in the Air Force Research Laboratories, and Eglin Air Force Base. Findlay's grads have been offered jobs with: Campbell Soup Company, Intertek - Detroit Automotive Labs, Charles River Laboratories, Cellular Technology Limited, and Indiana Department of Transportation.
