This course has been developed in partnership with local NHS trusts, and so we’re able to offer you placements on different maternity wards. Your time studying will be equally dedicated to both theory and practice. Our brilliant Middlesex team have current first-hand experience of the exhilaration and challenges of being a midwife, both in the UK and internationally. Your role will be pivotal at the very start of someone's life. So we offer much more than just an education. We'll help you build the much-needed resilience, skills and tools to thrive in this wonderful, unique environment. You'll work alongside many NHS heroes as part of your placement at one of London’s leading maternity units. And you'll gain practical experience with simulation tools at our new West Stand facility, our state-of-the-art training centre which is well known as one of the best in the country.
